Parag spearheads the Public Sector Services division delivering custom-tailored Financial Management, Case Management and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions to the Federal government. He is a hands-on, forward-thinking IT executive with a combined 20+ years at the helm of Professional Services, Technical Support and Learning Services divisions at leading technology and services firms serving public and private sectors. Parag has a proven record driving top line revenue growth and turning around troubled accounts and departments through process and procedural overhauls, customer outreach and training programs that create immediate and sustainable improvements.
He had held a variety of executive positions at companies such as OpenText, Reed Elsevier, Artesia Technologies, hCentive and Optima ECM Consulting.
Parag holds a Master’s degree in Computer and Information Science from New Jersey Institute of Technology and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
